Hi, I’m Angel Agunbiade! As a childhood professional, I come with over 34 years of dedicated experience working with children aged 0 to 15 and have honed my expertise in various educational and recreational settings, including the DC School System, private daycares, Head Start programs, summer camps, and the Department of Recreation. My multifaceted career reflects a deep passion for nurturing the growth and development of children, ensuring they thrive both academically and socially. As a proud mother of a college graduate, I bring a unique perspective to my work, understanding the challenges and joys that families face. My commitment to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for children is complemented by my creative pursuits as an artist and chef, which I integrate into my programs to inspire creativity and healthy living. Having lived in both Washington State and Minnesota, I embrace diverse experiences that enrich my approach to child development. I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families, and I look forward to continuing this rewarding journey.

Hi I’m Zoe Agunbiade! As CTDI’s Digital Media Strategist, I have a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and bring a wealth of experience in project management across various sectors, including Public Health and research strategies. My diverse background equips me with a unique perspective on the intersection of business and creativity. In addition to my understanding of human behavior, I am dedicated to helping brands connect authentically with their audiences. The content I create reflects my appreciation of sharing educational content and the importance of its integration into our daily lives. I am committed to fostering creativity and developing inspiring strategies to further the mission of our organization.

Hi, I’m Earlene Miller! Born and raised in Washington, D.C., a HBCU graduate, powerhouse professional, and the go-to person for structure, strategy, and success! As CTDI’s Development Coordinator, I work alongside the CEO to help navigate the complexities of leadership and growth, ensuring that every initiative runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. With over two decades of experience in administrative operations and compliance, I've had the privilege to engage industries such as, DC Government, Federal Government, Nonprofits and Banking. I thrive on bringing order to chaos and turning challenges into opportunities. While working with one of the best local nonprofit in DC, I honed my skills in organizational development, community engagement, and executive support. My time there equipped me with invaluable knowledge and expertise—tools I now bring to CTDI to drive impact and innovation. What sets me apart? My ability to add structure, provide guidance, and encourage those around me. I believe in collaboration, clear communication, and creating an environment where productivity and positivity go hand in hand. I love tackling new projects, problem-solving, and helping organizations operate at their highest potential. Beyond my professional life, I’m a proud mother of three beautiful daughters, which gives me a deep understanding of balance, resilience, and the power of perseverance.
